Renowned London law firm is looking for an experienced, proactive and organised Legal PA to support market-leading fee earners in their fast-paced and busy Employment department. Employment Legal PA – What You’ll Be Doing:

/n

/n
- Proactive diary management
/n
- Maintain up to date knowledge and a strong understanding of fee earners’ matters to be able to provide the best level support
/n
- Establish and maintain effective communications with both internal and external clients or contacts
/n
- Onboard new clients, open new matters, and draft engagement letters
/n
- New matter and AML checks including obtaining relevant documentation
/n
- Co-ordinate administrative tasks such as travel planning / expenses, monitoring inboxes, organising meetings, time entries, mail, and research
/n
- Prepare bills (including bill narratives)
/n

Employment Legal PA – What We’re Looking For:

/n

/n
- Previous Legal PA / Secretarial experience within a law firm is essential
/n
- Employment law experience (contentious and non-contentious) would be highly advantageous
/n
- Experience coordinating BD-related events or client initiatives on behalf of fee earners within a Legal PA role
/n
- Highly organised, proactive, flexible, and a strong team player
/n
- Familiarity with InterAction
