What We Require Sous Chef
Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef within a quality fresh-food operation
Passion for working with seasonal, sustainable ingredients
Strong cooking skills and a commitment to producing dishes from scratch
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to xwzovoh progress your career
