Legal Secretary Conveyancing Location: Belfast Salary: £25k £30k DOE A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy Conveyancing department, providing direct support to a Director within the firm.

This is an excellent opportunity for a secretary with conveyancing experience who is confident managing a busy workload and providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support from file opening through to completion.
Key Responsibilities Supporting the Director with a busy conveyancing caseload Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence Opening, maintaining and closing conveyancing files Preparing contracts, letters, forms and completion documents Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors and third parties Managing diaries, appointments and key dates Handling incoming calls, emails and general client queries Assisting with post-completion administration and file management Providing wider administrative support to the conveyancing department when required The Candidate Previous legal secretarial experience, ideally within conveyancing Strong typing, organisational and communication skills Confident dealing with clients and third parties High level of accuracy and attention to detail Able to manage a busy workload and work to deadlines Professional, proactive xwzovoh and capable of supporting at Director level The Opportunity Join a reputable and busy conveyancing department Work directly alongside a Director Long-term, stable opportunity with a supportive team Competitive salary depending on experience For further information on this vacancy, please apply via the link below or contact Steafan McKenna in the strictest confidence.
