Job Tile: Geo-Environmental Engineer Location: Leeds Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 Permanent, full-time – with flexible working The Role I am currently on the lookout for a Junior Geo-Environmental Engineer, to join a well-established, award-winning consultancy based in Leeds. This is a varied position, combining site work, technical reporting and client liaising, whilst offering on-going training and route to chartership. Requirements * Ideally 12+ months consultancy experience * Relevant degree: Geology, Geotechnical, or another related discipline * Experience in ground investigation * Full UK driving license * Excellent communication skills * Ability to work onsite and in the office Key Responsibilities * Supporting project delivery from tender stage to completion * Contaminated land investigations * Soil & groundwater sampling * Risk assessments * Preparing factual & interpretative reports * Client liaison * Site supervision The Roles Comes with * Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) * Annual bonus – between 10-15% * Guaranteed route & support to chartership * 26 days’ holiday * 50/50 site & office working * 7% pension contribution
