WOODWORKING MACHINIST / CNC MACHINIST

Bodhi Bespoke is looking for an experienced Woodworking Machinist / CNC Machinist to join our new bespoke joinery workshop in Monton, Greater Manchester. You will machine components for bespoke commercial joinery, retail furniture, pharmacy furniture and specialist shopfitting projects.

The successful candidate will:

Operate CNC routers and woodworking machinery to produce accurate components.

*

Read manufacturing drawings and cutting lists.

*

Work with materials including MDF, MFC, plywood and solid timber.

*

Carry out quality checks and minimise material waste.

*

Work closely with the Workshop Manager and bench joiners to meet production deadlines.

Requirements:

*

Experience in woodworking, CNC machining or furniture manufacturing.

*

Ability to interpret technical drawings and measurements.

*

Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.

*

Knowledge of workshop machinery, tooling and health and safety.

Experience with Mozaik, Cabinet Vision or similar CNC software would be advantageous
