Senior New Build Conveyancer

Job Description An opportunity for a Senior New Build Conveyancer to join a Top 100 UK law firm ranked within the top 7% of employers in the UK. The firm offers exceptional flexibility with mostly remote working, a highly supportive culture, and genuine long-term career progression opportunities. /n You will manage your own caseload of new build residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, working as part of a highly regarded and well-resourced property team. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: /n Managing a full caseload of new build purchase transactions. /n Liaising with clients, developers, lenders, and third parties. /n Reviewing contracts, title documents, and supporting legal documentation. /n Handling exchanges and completions in line with developer deadlines. /n Maintaining accurate records on the case management system. /n Providing an exceptional level of client service throughout the transaction. /n Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate. /n The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience handling their own residential conveyancing caseload, with strong exposure to new build transactions.
