Head of Engineering, Architecture

We’re looking for a senior technology leader to own engineering and architecture across a complex digital environment. You’ll lead multi-disciplinary teams and work closely with product and business stakeholders to align technology delivery with strategy. Key responsibilities * Lead engineering, architecture and application teams * Define technical standards, architecture and delivery approaches * Own system design, scalability and operational reliability * Oversee delivery planning, capacity and prioritisation * Drive continuous improvement and reduce technical debt * Manage vendor relationships and technology spend * Translate business needs into technical solutions About you * Senior leader in software engineering and architecture * Experience delivering complex, large scale systems * Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills * Comfortable operating across strategy and delivery * Background in modern cloud and enterprise technologies
