We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie to join the brigade of a luxury 5-star hotel and spa in Surrey. Working within the hotel's brasserie-style restaurant, you will be responsible for running your own section and supporting the senior kitchen team in delivering exceptional seasonal food to the highest standards.

The Person
The successful Chef de Partie will have:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality hotel, restaurant or luxury hospitality environment
The confidence and ability to run a section independently
A genuine passion for food and hospitality
Strong communication and organisational skills
Creativity, initiative and a desire to contribute new ideas
Experience supporting and mentoring junior chefs
A sound understanding of food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations
The drive and commitment to work to the high standards expected within a luxury establishment
