Working for a well-established Facilities Management company, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead a small team and play a key role in maintaining critical electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of 4 electrical engineers Oversee all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards Allocate workloads and monitor team performance Support with fault finding and complex electrical repairs Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports Liaise with site management, clients, and subcontractors Requirements: Proven experience in an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor role Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent) Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Previous experience leading or supervising a team Good xwzovoh understanding of health & safety compliance 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (preferred) What We Offer: Salary up to £58,000 Monday to Friday working pattern Occasional weekend work with time off in lieu Opportunity to work for a large, reputable FM company Ongoing training and development, including ILM and AP training Clear progression opportunities within the business Supportive working environment
