Site Manager: Ware, Herts £60,000 - £70,000 + Comprehensive Package June 2026 Permanent We’re working with a leading UK residential developer on a flagship scheme in Hertford, and they’re looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join the team.   This is a major development comprising 400 apartments and 30 townhouses, delivered over a 3-year programme. Reporting into a Project Director, you’ll take full ownership of the townhouse element, playing a key role in delivering high-quality homes.   Your  Role: Managing the full build process for the townhouse plots Driving programme, quality, and health & safety Coordinating subcontractors and site teams Reporting progress and performance to the Project DirectorAbout You: Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential housebuilding outside of London Strong background in traditional build housing Organised, driven, and confident managing your own section of works A hands-on approach with high standards Enjoys working in a process driven environment. What’s on offer: Salary up to £70,000 + package Start: June 2026 Long-term project with strong pipeline beyondIf you’re a Site Manager who enjoys owning your own part of a large scheme and delivering quality homes, this is a great opportunity to get involved
