Behaviour Mentor - Secondary School - HaringeyStart: September 2025 | Full-time | Term-time | £100-£115 per day

Can you build strong relationships with young people and help them succeed in school?

A Haringey secondary school is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to support students who need additional guidance with behaviour, engagement and emotional regulation.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing 1:1 mentoring support
• Supporting behaviour management strategies
• Helping students re-engage with learning
• Working closely with pastoral and safeguarding teams

What they're looking for:

• Experience working with teenagers
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Confident, calm and resilient approach
• Passion for supporting young people
