Inbound Sales Role – No Cold Calling
An established and growing company is seeking a Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales and customer service experience who enjoys converting enquiries into sales while delivering a high level of customer support.
All enquiries are inbound, meaning you will be dealing with warm leads from customers already interested in the product.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound sales calls and emails, converting enquiries into sales
* Advise customers on products and services to meet their needs
* Identify opportunities to upsell and maximise order value
* Provide administrative support to the Sales Consultants
* Carry out quality checks on quotations before sending to customers
* Manage the full sales process from enquiry to completion
* Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service
* Maintain accurate records using the internal CRM system
* Follow up enquiries and build strong customer relationships
* Assist with invoice chasing and order progression
Requirements
* Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident handling inbound enquiries and closing sales
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills
* IT literate and comfortable using CRM systems
* Motivated, proactive, and team-focused
