Assistant Kitchen Manager / Senior Chef de Partie - Takeaway Whinfell Forest | Circa £34,200 per annum plus tips Restaurant Runner delivers freshly prepared meals from our restaurants straight to guests' accommodation. Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one Join our Restaurant Runner team as an Assistant Kitchen Manager, supporting the Kitchen Manager in delivering exceptional food quality and service. You'll help lead the kitchen team, ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain operational efficiency within budget. What you'll be doing Assist in managing the kitchen team and daily operations Control food costs and margins to meet budget targets Maintain high food quality and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly  Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and prepare dishes to agreed standards What's in it for you Free day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa) Discounts on breaks and in our shops and restaurants Bonus scheme and recognition rewards A supportive, friendly team Career development and in-role training Your working hours Full-time contract, shifts fall between 1:30pm to 11:00pm You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period.
