Lead Electrical Engineer Liverpool Street,  City of London  £52,000 We've got a brilliant role for a Lead Electrical Engineer to join our client on a fantastic commercial property based in Liverpool Street! The successful candidate for this role will also be provided High Voltage training and given Authorised Person status (HVAP). This is a great role if you're looking to further expand your lead experience for a highly reputable company. As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you oversee a small team of M&E engineers, carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, trouble shoot / diagnose faults, provide technical support, update site logbooks, oversee RAMs / Permits and ensure all compliance duties are carried out. This role will follow a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (07:00 - 19:00) Lead Electrical Engineer Duties: Oversee day-to-day engineering operations on site Lead and support a team of maintenance engineers Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance Single & Three Phase Power UPS Systems Generators (on/off load tests) LV switching & shutdowns Emergency lighting & fire alarms AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, pumps, motors, belts & bearings Ensure safe isolation of plant and systems in line with procedures Manage subcontractors on site Ensure all works are completed to compliance and safety standards Produce reports, complete logbooks and RAMS Issue and manage permits to work Liaise with client representatives and stakeholders Use PDA systems to raise and close jobs Requirements City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) Strong electrical bias with good all-round building services knowledge Proven experience leading or supervising an engineering team Background in commercial building maintenance Strong communication and organisational skills Career-driven and proactive approach Salary and Package: £52,000 per annum  4 on / 4 off shift pattern (07:00 - 19:00) High Voltage Training + AP Status 20 days annual leave Company pension scheme  Overtime available  Internal progression  On-going training  If you're interested in this Lead Electrical Engineer role, apply today!
