Salary & Benefits: £30,000
- £35,000 basic salary, plus performance-related bonus Commission/bonus structure linked to results Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am
- 5:00pm Flexible working available after successful completion of probation About the Company: Our client is a growing property business committed to delivering high-quality service and developing long-term relationships with clients.

About You: At least 1 year of experience in property management, lettings, estate agency, or property sales Well-organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work well under pressure Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Confident, professional, and able to build positive relationships quickly Full UK driving licence essential Key Responsibilities: Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring excellent service for landlords and tenants Manage the full tenancy process, from initial move-in through to check-out Handle maintenance issues promptly, liaising with contractors and service providers Develop strong relationships through clear, consistent communication Maintain accurate property records while ensuring compliance with legal and company standards Support delivery of targets, KPIs, and wider business objectives If you're looking to develop your career within property sales and management, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH team for a confidential chat. xwzovoh
