Operations Director

Vacancy:                    Operational Director Salary:                        From £65,000 (dependent on experience & qualifications) + Package Location:                    Yorkshire, North East and Scotland Avon Search & Selection are happy to be recruiting for an experienced Operational Director to join our client’s growing organisation.  This role is to provide leadership across their Services located in Yorkshire, the North East and Scotland. About the role The Operational Director (preferably RGN or RMN) will oversee the performance, quality and compliance of the Services, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care and operational excellence across the group. This is a senior leadership role requiring regular travel between sites. The successful candidate must have: ·       Significant experience in a senior operational leadership role within the care sector ·       A proven track record of successfully managing multiple sites ·       Strong knowledge and experience in services supporting, in particular: Acquired brain injuries. Alcohol-related acquired brain injuries. ·      Strong leadership, compliance and service development experience What we are looking for:- ·      You will be an experienced and motivated leader who can drive quality and continuous improvement across all Services. ·      You will give support and develop management teams.  You will ensure Services remain compliant with regulatory standards. ·      You will deliver strong operational performance in line with budgets. ·      You will help promote a culture of compassionate, person-centred care
