Freelance Quantity Surveyor

Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Wiltshire  Day rate to be discussed  I'm currently partnering with one of my long-standing clients who are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take the commercial lead on a diverse portfolio of construction projects ranging from £15m to £40m, across both the industrial and residential sectors and agricultural  Key Responsibilities: Weekly cost / value report generation Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to during the entirety of scheme Oversee appointed contractors to ensure projects are delivered in line with both programme and budget Essential Qualifications BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent Must have relevant experience and qualifications in H&S & Compliance Must be flexible in travel and hold a Full UK Driving License Essential Experience and Knowledge Track record as commercial lead on schemes up to £1m Demonstrate budget management up to £4m p/a Previous experience across Industrial Sheds Agricultural experience would be great  Please contact Ryan on or call (phone number removed) We act as an Employment Agency/Business with regards to this vacancy.
