Groundwork Project Manager

I am currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Project Manager to join a major £60m student accommodation RC frame development in Loughborough. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable frame contractor on a large-scale, high-profile project, overseeing both groundworks and reinforced concrete frame delivery from an early stage through to completion. Key Responsibilities * Manage and oversee all groundworks and RC frame operations on site * Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials * Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget * Maintain strict adherence to health & safety standards * Liaise with the main contractor, consultants, and site teams * Monitor progress and provide regular reporting * Drive programme and resolve any on-site issues efficiently Requirements * Proven experience as a Project Manager within groundworks and RC frame projects * Strong track record on large-scale construction schemes * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Ability to manage programme, logistics, and site teams effectively * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred * Strong understanding of UK construction and safety regulations What’s on Offer * Long-term contract (9 months+) with potential for extension * Competitive day rate / salary (depending on experience) * Opportunity to work on a flagship £60m development * Immediate or short-notice start available If you’re an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in RC frame and groundworks, I'd like to hear from you
