Product Support Engineer

Product Support Engineer Location: Poole, UK Department: Engineering We’re looking for a Product Support Engineer to join a growing engineering team supporting products throughout their lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in product support, design, manufacturing, or production engineering who enjoys solving technical problems and working across multiple teams. Key responsibilities include providing technical support to stakeholders, producing engineering support documentation, supporting change requests and helpdesk queries, carrying out investigations and analysis, and driving process improvements through greater efficiency and standardisation. You’ll need a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience), at least 5 years’ experience in a relevant engineering environment, and strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with CAD and software such as SolidWorks, CREO, and MS Office is desirable. The rol would suit a design engineer, production engineer, manufacturing engineer, industrial engineer Eligibility to obtain SC Clearance is required. Salary £35,000 – 45,000 dependant on experience
