Sales Order Processor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Order Processor to join a fast-paced retail customer service team. This role focuses on ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of sales orders while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Description Liaising with wholesale and retail customers in a professional and timely manner Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently Issuing invoices and maintaining accurate order records Providing customer support via WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels Answering customer questions and resolving issues in a clear and professional manner Ensuring customer orders are packed, processed, and dispatched on time Assisting with packing and operational fulfilment as required Monitoring order progress and helping to troubleshoot delays or delivery issues Supporting stock coordination and general supply chain management Assisting with the movement of goods through the order fulfilment process Helping maintain accuracy across inventory, orders, and dispatch records Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow from order receipt through to deliveryProfile A successful Sales Order Processor should have: Previous experience in office administration, operations, customer service, or order processing Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Confident using email, WhatsApp, invoicing systems, and general office software Comfortable carrying out both clerical and practical hands-on tasks Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure A proactive and solutions-focused approach Experience supporting stock control, fulfilment, or supply chain activity would be advantageous Experience working with both wholesale and retail customers is desirableJob Offer Competitive salary ranging from £26,000 to £30,000 per annum.
