💰 £60,000 - £88,000 + up to 20% bonus

I'm working with a reputable organisation operating in the London Insurance Market looking to hire an Operational Governance & Resilience Manager into its COO function.

This role sits at the heart of the business, driving operational resilience, governance, business continuity, and regulatory change across UK and European insurance operations.

🔹 Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery

🔹 Operational Risk & Controls

🔹 Board & Executive Reporting

🔹 Cross-functional stakeholder management

You'll work closely with senior leaders across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Claims, Finance, and Technology to strengthen governance frameworks and ensure the business remains resilient in an evolving regulatory environment.

✅ Insurance, London Market or wider Financial Services experience preferred

✅ Strong governance, resilience, risk or operational management background

✅ Experience working within regulated environments
