Overseeing share schemes and broader employment-related security tax advisory work for both standalone companies and groups. Executing share schemes advisory tasks, including EMI and CSOP design and drafting, growth share design and implementation, share valuations, and the preparation of share schemes sections of due diligence reports. Mastering billing and client management to ensure optimal service delivery.
