About the role
Our client are a market leader in shopping centre leisure, delivering over 30 years of expertise in experiential entertainment, gift card management, and wellness solutions throughout Ireland and the UK.
We're looking for a Field Service Operator to join their growing team. If you’re hands-on, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a team that is continuously improving, this is the position for you.
Although this role is mobile around the Midlands - due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel and provide operational cover across multiple locations throughout mainland UK ( including at short notice to support business needs, staff absences, and peak periods).
You will take full ownership of a dedicated service, maintaining and improving the performance of our client's machines on-site.
Role information:
Salary - £27,000 per annum
Hours of work: 40 hours (7am-3pm Mon-Fri)
No call-outs/out of hours work is required
Responsibilities include:
· Servicing, maintaining and repairing vending equipment to a high standard
· Diagnosing faults quickly and fixing them right first time
· Cleaning and presenting machines to reflect our client's brand standards
· Collecting cash and ensuring accuracy and accountability
· Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments to maximise revenue
· Rotating stock to optimise sales and reduce waste
· Supporting installation of new machines
· Using our client's mobile system to log work in real time (no delays, no gaps)
· Maintaining your van, tools and stock to a professional standard
· Flagging issues early and taking ownership to resolve them

What You’ll Need
· Strong electrical, mechanical or electronic experience
· A full clean driving licence
· Ability to work independently and manage your own time
· Confidence to make decisions on-site
· A practical, problem-solving mindset
· Comfortable using smartphones and apps for job tracking
· Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required
