Operations Manager - PFI

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a multi-site Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contract across three sites in Bristol and Somerset. About the Role As Operations Manager, you will oversee all operational, financial, and compliance activity across three court sites, leading a team of up to 20 people. You'll ensure the contract delivers against KPIs, maintains statutory and technical compliance, and continues to achieve high client satisfaction.
