Payroll Clerk

Job Title: Payroll Clerk Location: Garforth Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE Service Care are delighted to be working with a forward thinking Accountancy Practice, who are looking for an experienced Payroll Clerk to join their team. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients, mainly working with payrolls from 1-30 members of staff. Working for a Practice who actually believe in a work life balance, offering flexible start/finish times and a 4 day working week (also open to candidates looking for part time work) What you will be doing Payroll processing for weekly, 4 weekly and Monthly Payrolls Calculation of wages, bonuses, overtime and statutory payment deductions Ensure compliance with tax and employment legislation Prepare and submit payroll reports  Maintain up to date employee payroll records and ensure data is inputted correctly Handle payroll amendments, starters, leaver and year end processes. Act as a main point of contact for your portfolio, handling quires and offering payroll advice.
