Experienced ALN Teaching Assistant

Build Your Experience in a Diverse and Inclusive School Teaching Personnel is proud to be working with a primary school in the Cardiff Bay area to recruit a full-time Teaching Assistant with a strong interest in Additional Learning Needs (ALN). This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a diverse school setting, supporting pupils from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities. The Opportunity This position combines classroom support with targeted ALN intervention. You will work closely with the class teacher and SEN staff to support pupils who require additional help to access learning, while also contributing to the wider classroom environment.
