End of Contract Administrator
Location: Portsmouth (Hybrid Working Available)
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, working between the hours of 8am and 6pm
Salary: £28,500 P/A

Dynamite Recruitment currently recruiting for a highly organised and proactive end of contract Administrator to join a dynamic operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring that clients products are efficiently and effectively disposed of through the most appropriate remarketing channels, contributing to a critical revenue stream within the business.
The Role As part of an Operations function, you'll support the full lifecycle management of customers equipment, from in-life care through to end-of-contract processes. You'll be responsible for delivering accurate, timely administration while maintaining high service standards across internal and external stakeholders.
As an end of contract Administrator, you will carry out the following tasks...
Carry out department administration tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
Take ownership of queries or escalate where necessary, ensuring timely resolution
Support end-of-contract processes
Perform weekly stock reconciliations to ensure all assets are accounted for
Manage customers payments and produce related reports
Generate end-of-contract damage recharge notifications
Coordinate collections
Manage inspections and collections
Support logistics supplier coordination and day-to-day operations
Assist with sales quotations, documentation, and enquiries
Liaise with internal departments, clients, and remarketing partners to resolve issues
Contribute to reporting, forecasting, and continuous process improvements Skills & Experience required...
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident communicator with the ability to engage at all levels
Good working knowledge of Excel
Resilient, adaptable, and self-motivated
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
