D365 Customer Insights - Journeys Developer - London, UK (Hybrid)

RED now has a new contract opportunity for a D365 Customer Insights - Journeys Developer to join one of our key partners on a long-term customer engagement and CRM transformation programme.

The initial contract will be for 12 months with scope for extension.

This contract is to start ASAP and will be hybrid, with 3 days per week on-site in London, UK.

Specific skills/experience required:

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales configuration and development.
• Proven experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys (formerly Dynamics 365 Marketing).
• Experience designing, developing and maintaining solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Strong experience with Power Automate, including designing and implementing business process automation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, workflows, plugins and custom entities.
• Experience integrating D365 with other Microsoft technologies such as Power Apps and SharePoint.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging and optimisation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to start within a short notice period.

Nice to have:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience with customer engagement and marketing automation solutions.
• Experience working within large enterprise environments.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Candidates must be able to work on-site in London, UK, 3 days per week. xwzovoh
