Registered Home Manager – Children’s Residential Care (CIW Registered)
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £50,000 – £54000 + bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8-hour shifts | Overtime available
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and lead a children’s residential care home in line with CIW regulations
* Oversee care planning, assessments, and safeguarding procedures
* Deliver trauma-informed, person-centred care
* Mentor and develop your team, ensuring compliance and best practice
* Collaborate with our in-house therapeutic team and external professionals
Essential Requirements
* QCF Level 4/5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
* 2+ years’ experience managing a children’s residential care home
* Knowledge of Welsh regulatory frameworks
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
