If have experience within a similar role, ideally from an engineering/manufacturing background, apply now for an immediate response The Job You’ll Do; * Handling inbound customer calls related to specific product enquiries * Preparing tailored quotations based on customer requirements * Communicating with customers about projects, lead times, delivery updates, and technical support * Collaborating with the design team to cost and quote projects * Processing and coding orders for handover to operations * Maintaining strong customer relationships through aftercare support (returns, technical assistance, reorders, etc.) * Working closely with the sales team to ensure lead times are met and deliveries are completed in full and on schedule * Producing project take-offs by converting schematics into accurate, functional quotations About You; * Experience within engineering, manufacturing or another technical industry preferred. * In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques. * Great interpersonal skills. * Computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant software tools. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * High attention to detail
