Vehicle Technician – Worcester Our client, a reputable Main Dealership in Worcester, is seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop team. Benefits: * Competitive basic salary up to £45,000, with potential OTE of up to £48,000 * Regular manufacturer training and professional development programmes * Opportunities for career advancement within the dealership group * Pension scheme and life assurance * Employee discounts on manufacturer products and services * Structured working hours, Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis * Supportive team environment focused on quality and customer satisfaction Duties of this Vehicle Technician role: * Conduct vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and MOT preparation adhering to manufacturer standards * Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify vehicle faults * Maintain workshop standards in line with health and safety regulations * Complete detailed and accurate documentation of all work performed * Assist in maintaining high levels of workshop productivity and customer satisfaction * Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and quality service delivery Requirements: * Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or extensive time-served experience * Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer environment * Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and fault-finding procedures * Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship * Full UK Driving Licence This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Vehicle Technician looking to develop their career within a well-established dealership.
