Key Responsibilities: Audit labels, processes, and hygiene records to ensure compliance with food safety standards. Conduct temperature checks on products, equipment, hand wash stations, and environments. Collect samples for microbiological, chemical, and quality testing. Carry out calibration checks on equipment and report any issues. Complete pre-operational hygiene inspections before production begins. Assist with GMP and factory audits to ensure continuous food safety compliance. Monitor the factory floor to identify and resolve any potential quality issues. Record and report non-conformances, ensuring corrective actions are taken. Perform quality checks on finished products to meet specifications. Carry out raw material intake checks to ensure products meet supplier standards. Complete glass and plastic audits to prevent contamination risks.
