About the role - Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to join a secondary academy and provide classroom supervision in the absence of teaching staff. You will deliver pre-set work, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students remain focused and engaged in their learning. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to maintain a positive learning environment, and confidence working with young people across Key Stages. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in education, develop classroom management skills, and play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school.
