Job Title: Plasterer Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Sector: Property Services Location: London Borough of Ealing Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pm Salary: £37,800.00 per annum We're looking for an experienced and dependable Plasterer to join a well-established team delivering responsive repairs across Ealing. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role on a busy social housing contract, offering consistent work within occupied properties. Responsibilities: Carrying out a wide range of plastering works within occupied residential properties, including patch repairs, full wall and ceiling skimming, and making good following other trades. Completing responsive plastering repairs to a high standard, ensuring minimal disruption to residents. Undertaking patch repairs to walls and ceilings following leaks, electrical works, and other trade activities. Applying full skim coats to walls and ceilings to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish. Making good around door frames, windows, sockets, and pipework with attention to detail. Preparing surfaces effectively to ensure durable and long-lasting results. Mixing and applying plaster using appropriate tools, materials, and techniques. Maintaining clean, safe, and tidy work areas at all times, ensuring protection of residents' homes and belongings.
