CNC Miller / CNC Mill-Turn Programmer-Setter-Operator 📍 KT14, Surrey 💰 £35,000 – £52,000 (depending on experience) We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller and CNC Mill-Turn Programmer/Setter/Operator to join a well-established precision engineering company based in KT14. This is an excellent opportunity to work with high-spec machinery in a modern manufacturing environment producing complex components. The Role CNC Miller (3 & 4 Axis – DMG Mori) * Programming, setting, and operating 3 and 4 axis CNC milling machines * Working on DMG Mori machines with Siemens controls * Producing high-precision components to tight tolerances * Reading and interpreting engineering drawings * Selecting tooling, setting offsets, and optimising machining processes * Performing first-off inspection and in-process quality checks CNC Mill-Turn (Fanuc Controls) * Programming, setting, and operating CNC mill-turn machines * Working with Fanuc-controlled machines * Machining complex, multi-operation components in a single setup * Editing and optimising programs to improve cycle times * Ensuring consistent quality and accuracy across production Requirements * Proven experience in CNC milling and/or mill-turn machining * Strong knowledge of Siemens and/or Fanuc controls * Ability to program, set, and operate independently * Experience working to tight tolerances in precision engineering * Confident reading engineering drawings * Strong understanding of tooling, feeds, and speeds What’s on Offer * Salary between £35,000 – £52,000, depending on experience * Opportunity to work with DMG Mori high-spec machinery * Stable, long-term role with progression opportunities * Clean and well-equipped workshop environment If you’re an experienced CNC professional looking for your next opportunity, we’d like to hear from you
