CNC Operator Location: Birmingham Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm Contract: Temp to Perm The Role We are currently recruiting for a CNC Operator to join a well‑established manufacturing company. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience operating CNC machinery in a production environment. Key Responsibilities Operating CNC machines in line with production requirements Loading and unloading materials and components Monitoring machine operations and making basic offsets/adjustments Carrying out quality checks using measuring equipment (verniers, callipers, micrometers) Reading and working from engineering drawings Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Reporting faults or issues to supervisors Requirements Previous experience as a CNC Operator (lathe or mill) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Basic understanding of CNC controls (Fanuc / Heidenhain - beneficial) Good attention to detail and quality standards Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently What's on Offer Competitive hourly rate of £12.71 per hour Overtime opportunities (where available) Stable work with the potential for a permanent role Supportive team and well-maintained working environment Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
