Our client, a respected main dealer in Corby, is currently recruiting a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy and expanding workshop. Benefits for the sucessful Vehicle Technician: * Competitive basic salary up to £40,000 (dependent on experience) * OTE of up to £45,000 with performance-based bonuses * Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm * 1 in 2 Saturdays paid as overtime * Continuous training and career development opportunities * Stable, team-oriented workshop environment * Paid overtime on Saturdays to boost earnings Duties: * Conduct servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards * Diagnose faults accurately using advanced diagnostic tools * Complete work efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of quality * Support team members in a fast-paced, dynamic workshop * Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations Requirements: * Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) * Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership or workshop environment * Strong fault diagnosis and mechanical skills * Full UK driving licence * Reliable, professional, and a team player This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Vehicle Technician to develop their career within a reputable dealership that values its staff.
