This is a full-time, long-term position with a clear pathway to a permanent role for the right candidate. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced teachers are encouraged to apply. The Role: As a Year 3 Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting pupils through the transition from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2, helping to build confidence, independence, and a love of learning. You will be expected to deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that challenge and inspire all learners.
