Year 3 Teacher - Full Time (September Start) Location: Telford Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term (with strong potential for permanent placement) Agency: Aspire People Aspire People are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a vibrant, inclusive, and forward-thinking primary school in Telford, who are seeking a strong and motivated Year 3 Teacher to join their team from September. This is a full-time, long-term position with a clear pathway to a permanent role for the right candidate. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced teachers are encouraged to apply. The Role: As a Year 3 Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting pupils through the transition from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2, helping to build confidence, independence, and a love of learning. You will be expected to deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that challenge and inspire all learners.
