The Benefits - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
£28k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £55k!
Direct training from the partners as well as weekly sessions from external trainers!
Exceptional commission structure all the way up to 40% with no threshold, meaning everything you bill youll make money off!!
Late start and early finishes on Fridays - allowing you to get the weekend off to an excellent start
WFH opportunities once youve completed training with the option to work from home 2 days a week!

The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Cold Calling potential clients and candidates, pitching the services/ role you can offer them, whilst also dealing with the rejection that can take place as a result of this.
Guiding candidates through the process offing advice and support on different stages of the process whilst also being responsible for any negotiations that may subsequently take place
Negotiating deals
Attending client meetings to gain a greater insight/ understanding of what exactly they are looking for in their new hires
Market research in order to stay up to date with new developments within your sector
The Ideal Candidate - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Financially Driven - a strong desire to earn big and be successful! xwzovoh
Competitive - someone who thrives in these sort of environments, a background in sports or similar is a big plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to form and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
Degree educated or commercial experience
