Production Operative

Production Operative £12.90 per hour 39 hours per week Monday to Friday CRC are currently recruiting for a Production Operative for a client based in Daventry. This role may lead to temp to perm for the right candidate. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery. You will need to ensure product quality, machine efficiency, and adherence to safety standards Please be aware that you will be standing for long periods of time and may also be lifting heavy items. Hours: 8:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 8:30 – 16:00 Friday Key Responsibilities: * Joint preparation * Inspect joints for quality and consistency * Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues * Maintain accurate production records and follow work orders * Cutting lengths * Assembly and pressing * Slitting to required width * Nesting belts * Packing and quality control inspection * Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies * General warehouse duties What We're Looking For: * Basic Mechanical understanding of production processes * Attention to detail and commitment to quality * Good communication and teamwork skills * Previous experience in manufacturing CRC Recruitment are a leading Midlands based recruitment consultancy covering vacancies across the UK.
