You will act as contractor administrator on minor works, provide Party Wall services and report findings clearly to clients and project teams. Completion of work will follow RICS guidance and company procedures.
Your Impact in this position
You will ensure safe, compliant and cost‑effective decisions that protect client assets and reduce risk. Your technical reports and specifications will inform investment and maintenance strategies, while your site presence and contractor administration will deliver quality outcomes. Supporting business growth and mentoring colleagues will help shape the team’s capability and commercial success.
