Quantity Surveyor – Refurbishment & Façade Projects South Wales or Bristol | Fully remote An established construction business is expanding its refurbishment and asset refresh division and is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of high‑rise and complex residential projects across the South of the UK. This role sits within a specialist team delivering façade upgrades, recladding, life-safety works and internal refurbishments to existing buildings, often within live environments. This position offers full commercial involvement from early-stage estimating through to final accounts, providing real ownership and visibility across projects. The Opportunity You’ll be involved in a diverse range of refurbishment and improvement works, including: * High‑rise façade and building envelope replacements * Fire compartmentation and life-safety upgrades * Internal refurbishments of rooms and communal/amenity spaces * Projects within occupied residential buildings The division is in a period of accelerated growth, making this an excellent time to join and contribute to shaping how projects are delivered commercially.
