Team Manager – Children’s Services Wirral Council £45 PAYE (exclusive of holiday pay) or £58.24 LTD (inclusive of holiday pay) Wirral Council is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead and manage a dynamic Children’s Social Care team. The Role As Team Manager, you will lead a team of 6–8 staff, ensuring effective and consistent social work practice. You’ll oversee case management, provide strong leadership, and promote a culture of accountability, development, and high performance.
