Connect Appointments is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor (Night Shift) to join one of Scotland's most established logistics businesses at their site in the Leven site area of Fife. Our client is a major logistics operator providing third-party warehousing and supply chain management to customers across the country, with a strong reputation for operational excellence and staff development. Full-time permanent night shift position Monday to Thursday, 6pm to 6am £36,450 per annum Ongoing training and development including IOSH, leadership and SOP qualifications Clear opportunities for career progression within a well-established operationAs a Warehouse Supervisor (Night Shift), your duties will include: Managing and supporting a team of six FLT operatives across the night shift Overseeing stock movement, management and dispatch in line with customer standards Ensuring the warehouse operation runs to agreed resource levels to meet daily targets Maintaining health and safety compliance across all warehouse operations Working closely with transport and stock teams to drive operational improvementsTo be considered as a Warehouse Supervisor (Night Shift), you will need: Previous experience in a supervisory or senior warehouse role Strong leadership and team management skills A forklift licence is beneficial but not required Good understanding of warehouse operations, stock control and health and safety IT literacy and the right to work in the UKInterested in this Warehouse Supervisor role?
