Primary Teacher (SEN / Autism Specialist) – High Barnet
Temp to Perm | Full-Time from September

A highly regarded specialist SEN primary setting in High Barnet is seeking a talented and committed Primary Teacher to join their team from September on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis.

The Role:
Deliver engaging, creative, and highly differentiated lessons within a primary SEN setting
Support pupils with autism through structured, consistent, and nurturing teaching approaches
Create a positive and predictable classroom environment that promotes confidence and independence
Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure holistic development
Use a range of communication strategies and SEN-informed practices to maximise student engagement and progressThe Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Strong experience working with pupils with SEN, particularly autism
Confident in adapting the curriculum to meet a wide range of needs and abilities
Patient, empathetic, and committed to inclusive education
