We are supporting a global facilities management company with the appointment of a PFI Contract Coordinator, a key role focused on ensuring compliance, performance, and commercial governance across a complex, multi-site healthcare contract. The Opportunity This role offers direct exposure to the commercial and contractual aspects of a live PFI environment. You will work closely with senior leadership, gaining experience in performance management, compliance, and contract mechanisms. Key responsibilities include: Supporting contract compliance from service delivery through to performance outcomes Assisting with performance reporting and data analysis via CAFM systems Monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and payment mechanisms Supporting audits and driving best practice across the contract Producing reports for senior stakeholders Working closely with operational, commercial, and senior management teams Candidate Profile We are open to both experienced PFI professionals and individuals looking to step up into a more commercially focused role.
