Production Operative - Temp to Perm Location: Thetford Hours: Monday to Friday, 2PM - 10PM Salary: £12.99 per hour About the Role Manpower is recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Thetford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic manufacturing environment with the potential for permanent employment. Key Responsibilities Assemble products, parts, and accessories to company specifications Perform testing and soldering work, particularly within the Respiratory Department Learn and accurately apply product codes Follow all Health and Safety procedures and maintain a clean, organise workspace Support housekeeping standards and ensure colleagues do the same Challenge unsafe working practices and inappropriate activities Assist with training other team members as directed by Area Team Leaders or Production Manager Complete any other reasonable tasks as required Essential Skills and Attributes Excellent manual dexterity for handling small components Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn new skills and procedures Reliable and punctual Team player with a positive attitude Commitment to maintaining high safety standards Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will have good hand-eye coordination, particularly for precision work involving small components, testing, and soldering.
