Mechanical Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Out (London & Surrounding Areas) Salary: Up to £75,000 (DOE) + Package We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality commercial office fit-out projects across London and the surrounding areas. This is a technically focused role, ideal for a strong mechanical professional who thrives on taking full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. The Role You will be responsible for managing all mechanical aspects of fast-paced commercial fit-out projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role is 100% mechanically biased, requiring a deep understanding of building services systems and installation practices. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the full lifecycle of mechanical services delivery, from design development to commissioning * Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure smooth project execution * Review and coordinate mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and health & safety requirements * Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, reporting to senior stakeholders * Lead commissioning activities and ensure successful project handover Requirements * Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within commercial office fit-out projects * Strong technical background in mechanical building services (HVAC, pipework, plant, etc.) * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project performance * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services (preferred) What’s on Offer * Competitive salary up to £75,000 depending on experience * Opportunity to work on high-profile commercial fit-out projects in London * Supportive and growing team environment * Clear pathway for career progression If you’re a technically strong Mechanical PM looking to take ownership of high-end commercial projects, we’d like to hear from you
