Job Title: Early Years Class Teacher (EYFS)
Location: Redbridge, London, UK
Salary: £37,870 – £56,154 per annum (M1 – U3)
Job Type: Full Time | Temporary
Start Date: 02 September 2026
Salary will be determined based on experience and position on the Main Pay Range. The maximum salary applies to candidates with substantial teaching experience equivalent to U3.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Early Years Class Teacher to join a highly regarded all-through school in Redbridge this September.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching within the EYFS setting, supporting children at a crucial stage of their development. The role focuses on nurturing early learning, school readiness, and social development, ensuring every child is given the best possible start to their education.
Working within a well-established and passionate Early Years team, you will collaborate closely with support staff and parents to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
• Support childrens early development, communication, and independence
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, supporting individual learning needs
Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Proven experience within an Early Years setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A nurturing, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
