Process Engineer - Lean / Continuous Improvement Romsey, Hampshire £390/day (Inside IR35) 10 Months Ready to drive real change in a high-impact defence environment? This is your chance to lead lean transformation, optimise production, and make a measurable difference across manufacturing and supply chain operations. What You'll Be Doing: Improving, manufacturing, assembly & test processes to boost efficiency, quality & cost savings Leading root cause analysis (8D, RCA, DMAIC) to solve complex production issues Driving a culture of continuous improvement across teams Implementing Lean tools (PFMEA, 5S, Asset Care) Supporting production troubleshooting across electro-mechanical products Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver real operational changeWhat We're Looking For: HNC/HND qualified + Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Strong background in Lean Manufacturing & CI methodologies Experience with electro-mechanical assembly & testing environments Experience in record leading change & improvement projects Confident problem-solver with excellent stakeholder communicationClearance: BPSS required | SC preferred (can be processed) If you thrive on improving processes, solving problems, and delivering tangible results, this role is built for you.
